Your room makes money every night of the week

Three ways to fill the place with musicians: book acts for your live nights, host jams and open mics people sign up to, and hire the room out by the hour when it's empty. One calendar, one inbox, no DMs.

Free for venues. Verify ownership once to publish.

  • Open calls bands apply to with their press kit
  • Jam & open mic lists that fill themselves
  • Room hire requests with the price agreed in writing
  • Verified badge after a phone code + one document

Three programmes, one venue

Pick one to start. Most bars begin with a weekly jam.

Live nights

Book a band for the night. Post an open call, bands apply with their press kit and recordings, you pick one. Or accept a band that proposes a date.

What you get

A full room on a Friday without fifty messages. The deal — fee, door split, bar tab — is recorded on the night.

Jams & open mics

Host a session: jam, open mic, songwriter circle, workshop. Musicians put their name down one by one from the app. Open list, or you confirm each name.

What you get

Ten to fifteen musicians and their friends on your quietest night, at the bar. Charge a small fee to play, or offer a drink per player.

Hire the room

Your room is empty from ten to six. List it: price per hour, flat or minimum spend; what's included; house rules. Musicians request a slot, you accept with the final price.

What you get

Daytime rehearsals, showcases, release parties, live recordings — paid to you directly, no commission.

How it works

Three steps to the first night.

  1. 1

    Create your venue page

Stage, sound, capacity, the music you like, your usual deal. Five minutes.

  2. 2

    Verify ownership

A phone code and one document with the business name. Reviewed by a person, usually the same day. Unlocks publishing and the badge.

  3. 3

Publish a night, a jam or a space

Post an open call, set a weekly jam, or list the room. Everything that needs your answer lands in one inbox.

One inbox

Band applications, musicians asking to join a session, requests to hire the room. Accept or decline in one tap, on the web or in the app.

One calendar

Nights, sessions and hires on the same calendar. Accepted hires block the time — double bookings are impossible.

The list fills itself

A weekly jam pre-creates six weeks of sessions. Musicians sign up, you see the running order and who actually played.

Hire with the price in writing

Each request carries the quote; you confirm or adjust it. Both sides have it on record. You collect the money.

Verified badge

Musicians prefer verified venues. You get the badge once ownership is confirmed.

Your team, on the phone

Booker and bar manager get their own access. Venue mode in the app shows nights, sessions, inbox and team.

Frequently asked questions

Do bands or musicians pay through Mr Charles?
No. Deals, fees and hire prices are recorded so both sides agree in writing, but money changes hands the way it does today.
What do I need to run a jam?
A host or house band, some backline, and one evening a week. Set it once; the next six weeks publish themselves and musicians sign up from the app.
Can I hire out the room without hosting live music?
Yes. List a space with a price and availability; everything else is optional.
Why verification?
So nobody books bands or takes hire requests in the name of a bar they don't own. One document and a phone code, once.
We already have bands we work with.
Invite them: they list the show at your venue and you confirm it. Open calls are for the dates you haven't filled.
